Payment Terms

By using the Online Website Payment System, you agree to the following:

1. The information you have provided is true and correct.
2. You understand that JG Global Pte Ltd reserves the right to obtain and use information provided.
3. JG Global Pte Ltd will not be liable to you for your loss or any third party suffers for a delay or failure in process your order or deliver good due to inaccuracy or incomplete detains provided in an order.
4. JG Global Pte Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject you order for any reason at any time. If JG Global Pte Ltd rejects your order, you will receive a refund of any money paid.
5. Any order is subjected a maximum of 24 hours for the payment to be made. After 24 hours will be deemed as a cancellation of your order.
6. Products purchased during special sales or promotions are not eligible for refund. Customer is deemed that product purchase is in good and acceptable condition.
7. Order cannot be cancelled once the confirmation invoice has been sent to you.
8. Strictly no refund unless goods received is defective due to material or craftsmanship. Merchandise found to be mishandled/ damaged by the user will not be eligible for a refund.
9. Refund will be made within 7 working days. (Excludes weekend and public holiday)
10. Promotion (If any) JG Global Pte Ltd reserves the right to remove the promotion without notice, and in the event of any dispute, the company's decision shall be final.
